a la Carte Cabernet Sauvignon, 2019 liqueur Appellation: DOCa Rioja (subregion: RiojaDark plum, concentrated dark fruit. Black currants, juicy, fresh Cabernet Sauvignon unencumbered by oak just a hint on the finish. Super elegant and light vanilla with some baking spices. The grapes are sourced from cooler climate vineyards in the North Coast of California, which preserves freshness while achieving depth.
