It was sourced from Chardonnay from two villages Cramant and Chouilly. In an effort to isolate his terroirs and add greater detail and focus to his lineup, he decided to take the Choilly fruit and it to his Terres Fines, thus making this cuvee 100% Cramant Grand Cru Chardonnay. It is vinified in stainless steel tank. Dosage is between 3g l to 4g l.
