Tracy, Pouilly Fume Brut Zero the wine is full-bodiedThe 2023 Pouilly Fum is green in flavor, with peas and green herbs. It is slightly onion like and reductive when tasted, although a little longer in the bottle will probably put paid to that. It is full and round, filling the mouth with a sense of tenderness and ease. The finish is gently refreshing with modest length.
