Signed Oil on Wood Still Life with Fruit, Jug, and Hare bronze seal who follows him and hisI love the shadow of the right leg of the hanging hare in this painterly still life on wood, signed at lower right, but I haven't been able to trace the signature. I'm not sure I'm ready for a large scale still life with dead game, but like this little one quite a lot, and I like that the head of the hare rests gently on white cloth, framed by lemons on one side and grapes on the other. Sold as found in a frame that looks to be lacquered and painted
