Marine Layer 'Aries' Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast, USA 2021 Shellfish A beautiful balance of fruitPale straw in color with a nose that leaps from the glass, reminiscent of lemon curd, green apple, and hints of jasmine flower. On the palate, the wine bursts with a bright and brilliant array of citrus, from makrut lime to Meyer lemon peel, interwoven with an ever present stony minerality. Its fresh acidity is complemented by a subtle hint of oak and marzipan from barrel age.
