Planted in 1954, this small, walled in vineyard is renowned for its rocky, white soils that impart a distinctive mineral tension to the wine. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in approximately 50% new oak barrels for 17 months, followed by 56 months in stainless steel, the wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
