Only around 500 half-liter bottles produced

then racked to neutral oak barrels

This shows a continuing increase in the amount of Cabernet Franc in the vineyard and of course in the final blend as well

Aged 10 months in french oak with weekly topping off of barrels

2023 Terralibera Da Solo Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore, Marche, Italy Anima Mundi 2019 is a single vineyardFrom a single northwest facing parcel (1. 38 ha) in Contrada San Paterniano, Serra de Conti, farmed organically and biodynamically. Hand harvested Verdicchio, softly pressed, fermented spontaneously with native yeasts. Aged 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel, no sulfur added until bottling. The wine is textured and mineral drivencitrus, white flowers, and almond skinexpressing purity and place.
