2019 Emilien Feneuil “Totum" Coteaux Champenois Blanc de Chardonnay 1.5L Magnum Poderi Oddero and the newly planted Marinmilien Feneuils 2019 Totum is a still Chardonnay from the Coteaux Champenois, sourced from seven parcels across Chamery, Sermiers, and cueil. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for three years in oak barrels, it offers a pure, textured expression of Champagnes chalky soils.
